LogiXRush.com ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LogiX Rush: Match & Logic mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We do not require you to create an account or provide identifiable personal information (such as your name or email address) to use the core features of the app.

However, to provide, maintain, and improve our Service, we use third-party services that may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your device data (such as IP address, device ID, and advertising ID) only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

  • Google AdMob (Advertising): We use AdMob to display advertisements to users on our free tier. AdMob may use advertising IDs to serve personalized ads based on your interests.
  • Firebase Analytics (Analytics): We use Firebase to analyze how users interact with our app. This helps us identify bugs and improve the user experience. Firebase collects device identifiers and usage data.
  • RevenueCat (In-App Purchases): We use RevenueCat to securely manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes your purchase history and anonymous app user IDs to grant you access to premium features. They do not have access to your payment details (credit card info), which are handled securely by Apple or Google.

3. How We Use Your Information

The automatically collected information is used to:

  • Deliver and optimize targeted advertisements (AdMob).
  • Analyze app usage and improve functionality (Firebase Analytics).
  • Process transactions and unlock premium content (RevenueCat).
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues.

4. Tracking and Advertising Preferences

You can opt out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on your mobile device:

  • iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track".
  • Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads, and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Delete advertising ID".

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
